Here is an address which is known and recognised for miles around! Show cooking, traditional French cooking and impressive buffets : a spectacular rôtisserie, tripe, daubes, snails à la catalane, frog's legs, oysters, crab, salmon, salads, foie gras, self service, roast suckling pig, slabs of beef, farmyard chickens, lamb, braised fruits... Most of the produce comes from local producers and is cooked in situ.
